Shipping on Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs while return or exchange of the product.

If the returned item is delivered/not delivered to us within 10 days of return shipping, we shall notify.

In any case, if the returned item is not delivered to us within 10 working days, we will neither accept returns or exchange, refund or partially refund your purchase.

Exchange for the Purchased item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and proceed with your requested return/exchange item.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team info@outman.in

If you do not report the damage to us within the 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
