Return & Exchange Policy
At Outman, we take pride in offering Premium Quality Clothing. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a transparent and streamlined return and exchange process.
7-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this 7-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Refunds: Unlike many premium brands, we do offer full refunds for returned items, provided they are received in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Exchanges: You may exchange items for a product of equal value.

Store Credit: If you choose an exchange of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued via a gift card sent to your email, which can be applied at checkout for future purchases.
How to Initiate a Request

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We use the carrier’s timestamp to verify eligibility.
Mandatory Requirement: To process a claim for a damaged item, you must provide high-quality images and a clear video of the damage in your initial email.
Once we receive the physical product back at our facility with its original packaging and tags, we will inspect it and initiate your full refund.
Shipping & Logistics

Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items and for shipping the new exchanged items.

Timeline: Returned items must reach us within 10 working days of the return shipping date.

Non-Delivery: If the item is not delivered to us within this 10-day window, we will be unable to process your exchange or refund.

Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
